3. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The sale shall be considered final once GNAMA GNAMA has sent an order confirmation email and received full payment.

4. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included).
Shipping costs are not included and will be specified before order validation.

GNAMA GNAMA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is registered.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering and may be made by credit or debit card through our secure payment service provider.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered within mainland France (and other destinations if specified).
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment validation and preparation by the carrier.

GNAMA GNAMA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay penalties.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

8. Warranties

Our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and protection against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 and subsequent articles of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and subsequent articles of the French Civil Code.

10. Disputes
